Unused, unopened equipment in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Opened equipment may be subject to a restocking fee — contact us before returning.

Freight equipment

CNC machines and large laser systems are subject to a separate return policy due to freight costs — contact us before returning any freight-shipped item.
